    The AMPS series is a line of high-performance High Voltage Amplifiers offering an exceptional ultra-high-speed response with a slew rate of 1200 V/μs. This series includes models up to ±30 kV as well as high-current models capable of delivering a 4 A peak current at ±0.6 kV,

    accommodating a wide variety of load conditions. All models feature true four-quadrant operation (bipolar power supply),

    enabling both power sourcing and sinking. This makes them ideal for cutting-edge R&D applications requiring precise waveform output,

    such as ion beam and electron beam deflection in semiconductor manufacturing equipment,
